Shipping

  • Regions Covered: Currently, shipments are available to the UK and Hong Kong only.

  • Shipping Schedule: As this is a small, artist-run shop, orders are dispatched on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. For urgent requests, please email me directly for special arrangements.

  • Shipping Methods:
    • Within the UK: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
    • To Hong Kong: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked.

  • Tracking and Invoice: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an invoice along with a tracking number for your reference.

Return Policy

Thank you for supporting my artwork! I strive to ensure your satisfaction with each piece. If an issue arises, please refer to the following return policy:

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns are accepted only for artworks that arrive damaged or if the incorrect item was sent.
    • Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Custom or commissioned pieces are non-returnable unless damaged during transit.

  3. Reporting Issues

    • To request a return, email me at [email protected] with:
      • Photos of the damaged artwork and its packaging.
      • Your order number and contact information.

  4. Return Process

    • Once your return request is approved, I will provide detailed instructions for returning the artwork.
    • Artwork must be repackaged securely to prevent further damage.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the issue was due to my error.

  5. Refunds or Replacements

    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, you may choose a refund (excluding original shipping costs) or a replacement, subject to availability.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

  6. Shipping Insurance

    • All artworks are shipped with tracking and insurance to ensure safe delivery. If the package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me immediately for resolution.
